WRC | RD1 – RALLYE MONTE CARLO 2021 | LEG 1

The 90th edition of the legendary Rallye Monte Carlo got underway in the darkness of the mountains to the north on Monaco with the first of two night stages. SS1 Lucéram – Lantosque at 15km in length took the honours for opening up the 2022 FIA World Rally Championship season, in this all-new Hybrid technological era.

WRC | RD10 – RALLY FINLAND 2021 | LEG 2

The second day of Rally Finland consisted of 9 stages covering 152km of competitive action. Overnight rally leader Craig Breen began the day with a 2.8 second lead over his Hyundai teammate Ott Tänak.

However, over the course of the morning, there was a swing in the balance of performance, with Toyotas Elfyn Evans seemingly finding an immense amount of both speed and confidence overnight.

After an overnight haul down south to Monte Carlo, 50 of the 84 Competitors remained to start the final day of the 89th Monte Carlo Rally, the opening round of the FIA World Rally Championships 2021. 

With just 54km over four stages to contend, it was a Toyota 1-2-3 led by 7 times World Champ Sébastien Ogier alongside Julien Ingrassia in the Co-Drivers seat heading into this final loop of action.

WRC | RALLYE SWEDEN 2021 IN DANGER, FINLAND WARMS UP

Rallye Sweden is in jeopardy from COVID-9 event and the northern region of Finland’s is suggested as a possible alternative.

For a few days now the rumour began to grow legs that next season Finland could host two rally’s in the 2021 FIA World Rally Championship. The reason? The current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in Sweden.
