BTCC | BRANDS HATCH GP FINAL – 2021

The final round of the BTCC descended upon the Brands Hatch GP Loop. Five drivers were in with a chance of winning, but Ash Sutton was the favourite, going into the weekend with a decent points lead.

The qualifying was dominated by Honda’s. The front row was locked out by the BTC cars with Senna Proctor on pole, and Josh Cook alongside. The second row saw the Halfords racing with Cataclean Hondas of Daniel Rowbottom and Gordon Shedden.

BTCC | RD 25/26/27 DONINGTON PARK 2021

The penultimate round of the BTCC headed to Donington Park over the weekend, with Ash Sutton firmly in control of the title race. It was now down to his main championship rivals to see if they could make a dent on his championship lead at the Midlands circuit.

Gordon Shedden qualified in pole, and had Dan Lloyd beside him. The other PMR racing Astra driven by Jason Plato was in third with Rory Butcher in fourth. Despite only qualifying in ninth, Sutton was still ahead of his main rivals Jake Hill and Tom Ingram in the championship battle.

BTCC | RDS 22/23/24 – SILVERSTONE 2021

Just one week on from Croft the teams had a quick turnaround as the series headed to Silverstone. Ash Sutton came into the round with a comfortable lead in the championship after a good point scoring weekend at Croft, Jake Hill propelled himself into contention and sits in second place in the championship.

BTCC | RD 19/20/21 -CROFT 2021

The BTCC circus headed to Yorkshire for the seventh round of the championship with Ash Sutton coming into the round with a clear lead in the championship.

Aiden Moffatt put in a superb qualifying session to claim his first-ever BTCC pole position, alongside him is the MB Motorsport driver Jake Hill. Colin Turkington, looking to reignite his title hopes, was in third next to Senna Proctor.

BTCC | RDS 16/17/18 | THRUXTON 2 – 2021

The second half of the BTCC season got underway at the weekend at Thruxton. The championship paying its second visit there this season after hosting the season opener. Ash Sutton came into the event leading the championship, hotly pursued by Tom Ingram.

BTCC | RDS 13/14/15 – KNOCK HILL 2021

The BTCC returned north of the border for its annual visit to Scotland and rounds 13, 14 and 15 at Knockhill. Colin Turkington put his poor results at Oulton Park to the back of his mind and put his WSR BMW on pole position for the first race on Sunday in an attempt to catch up on his championship rivals. Alongside him was Senna Proctor, once more showing good qualifying form, and just behind was Chris Smiley and Josh Cook.

BTCC | RDS 10/11/12 – OULTON PARK 2021

The BTCC returned after its annual summer break and to an action-packed race day at Oulton Park. Ash Sutton headed into the weekend as championship leader, with Tom Ingram just behind.

The top spot for race one was taken by Senna Proctor after an impressive qualifying performance he took his maiden pole position in the series. Alongside him was Gordon Shedden, with Rory Butcher and Daniel Rowbottom on the second row. The biggest loser would be Tom Ingram who wasn’t able to set a time due to a mechanical failure and had to start from the back of the grid.

BTCC | RDS 7/8/9 | BRANDS HATCH

The BTCC descended upon the indy circuit at Brands Hatch for the third meeting of the season and rounds 7, 8 and 9 of the championship.

The weather on race day was in stark contrast to the heatwave the drivers experienced at Snetterton, and were met with changeable conditions and a mostly overcast day.

The qualifying session saw a front row lockout for the Halfords Racing with Cataclean Honda Civics, Daniel Rowbottom securing his first pole position with his teammate and three-time title winner Gordon Shedden alongside him.

BTCC | RD4/5/6 – SNETTERTON 2021

The second meeting of the Kwik Fit BTCC Touring Car Championship headed to Norfolk at the weekend for rounds four, five and six at Snetterton, and for the first time in front of fans since 2019.

Jake Hill came into the meeting sitting top of the drivers’ standings after a consistent first event at Thruxton, sitting just one point behind him is Josh Cook in the BTC Racing Honda. Qualifying for the event took the format of a top ten shoot out, a shortened initial first qualifying session, followed by a shootout between the quickest ten drivers from the first session.

BTCC | RD 1/2/3 – THRUXTON 2021

The BTCC returned this weekend for the start of the 2021 season, throwing the drivers in at the deep end at the quickest track on the calendar at Thruxton. Add in the mix some inclement weather and it didn’t disappoint in regards to talking points and good racing.
