Some seven months ago the FUCHS Lubricants British Historic Rally Championship got underway in Yorkshire at the Riponean Rally for its season opener and it would return to some of those renowned gravel stages for the fifth round at the TrackRod Historic Cup Stages Rally.
It seems like a forever and a day since the FUCHS Lubricants British Historic Rally Championships last graced the stages, but finally, one of the UK’s most popular series returned into action at the Phill Price Memorial Woodpecker Stages Rally.
The FUCHS Lubricants British Historic Championship returned to Wales for the third round of the 2022 season and a continuation of the action at the Plains Rally.
Three times British Rally Champion, Matt “The King Of British Rallying” Edwards returned to the British Historic Rally Championship scene in a Fiat Abarth 131 and ended the reign of the mighty MK2 Escort at the Rally North Wales.
The British Historic Rally Championship made a welcomed return to the British rallying calendar, with the Riponian Rally in North Yorkshire taking the honours as the opening event of the 2022 FUCHS Lubricants sponsored season for the first time.
