BRC | 2022 SEASON TIMELINE

The Motorsport UK British Rally Championship crowned all new Champions in 2022, with seven tough and challenging rounds across both gravel and asphalt stages up and down the country; the series offered up the ideal proving ground for Britons’ bright young rallying hopefuls at the pinnacle of national rallying.

The below timeline covers every round of the 2022 Championship season, from the opening event on the closed roads of Clacton, Essex to the season final in North Wales on those World-Famous gravel stages. THE BATTLE OF BRITAIN BEGINS

The Motorsport UK British Rally Championship returned with the Corbeau Seats Rally Tendring & Clacton to carry the honours of opening up the new look 2022 season.

Returning to the British Rally Championship for the first time since 2014 as the second round of the 2022 season, the iconic Jim Clark Rally was to once again offer up an immense closed road stage rally in the Scottish Borders.

The British Rally Championship reached its most northern event of the 2022 season in the Scottish Forests to the west of Aberdeen for Round 4 at the Grampian Forest Rally.

Making its debut appearance in the British Rally Championship, The Get Connected Rali Ceredigion based out of the Welsh seaside town of Aberystwyth, played host to the fifth round of the 2022 season.

A NEW CHAMP IS CROWNED

For the penultimate round of its 2022 season, the British Rally Championships headed “Opp North” and into “Yarkshire” for the TrackRod Rally and a further 56 miles of gravel rallying to battle it out on.
